Trip to Bhutan
Discover the cultural and natural marvels of this last remaining Buddhist Kingdom. Visit some of the temples, as the Memorial Chorten, built in memory of the third King of Buthan who reigned from 1952-1972. In Bumthang Valley you can visit the monastery of Jambay Lhakhang and the monastery of Kurjey, which are considered the most sacred. The capital Thimphu offers a visit to the institute of arts and crafts of Bhutan. Annually in the spring is celebrated the Tsechu, which attracts many foreign visitors. An obliged visit in Buthan are Dzongs, which are the centers of the cultural and religious life of the population, where rituals with masks and swords are being held in order to ask for a good harvest.
