This hotel appears from the rehabilitation of a traditional Minorcan farm, respecting its patrimonial and archaeological wealth from the place. It is located in Alaior, surrounded by vineyards and with seaviews to the Mediterranean Sea. This hotel is formed by a group of houses from the XIXth and XXth centuries, originally dedicated to the island husbandry and agriculture.
